A Board of Trustees of nine people governs the Foundation. The Board of Governors of
United States Synchronized Swimming elects six of the Trustees and the Board of Trustees elects
three additional members.

The Trustees manage the investment of the funds, authorize fundraising activities, and grant money
to worthy organizations and projects for the support of synchronized swimming in the United States.

Trustees serve two year terms.
